Ladies! You already know that breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day. Why would that rule be any different on your wedding day? ~ Blueberries, Oranges or Orange Juice (Stress Reducers)
~ Oatmeal, Whole Wheat Toast (Anxiety Reducers)
~ Chamomile Tea, Vanilla, Dark Chocolate (Promotes Relaxation)
~ Yogurt, Bananas (Protects Stomach)
