Launch of LLE Destinations ~ Giveaway!

Destination weddings can be fun and FAB, but they can also be a nightmare! Especially if you’re not familiar with your destination. Always consider using a professional wedding planner or coordinator. Even if you decide to go with that gorgeous resort with an all "inclusive wedding planning" package, get professional assistance. Someone that will be your personal advocate for all things: Destination! It's really important for so many reasons!

We are so excited to launch LLE Destinations this Summer!
To celebrate, we are giving away
one FREE Destination Wedding Planning Package
to one lucky couple!   (Yay! ~ Details below!) Share with all your friends!

Three Destination Wedding Tips!

Tip 1: Research the Requirements!
Destination Wedding Planners are knowledgeable and will assist with the requirements for obtaining a marriage license. These requirements vary depending on the country and the venue. For example in the Bahamas and Jamaica, couples are required to be on the island for a minimum of 24 hours before they can obtain a marriage license. In the Virgin Islands, there is an eight day waiting period after the court receives the required documents.  However in the Cayman Islands, no waiting period is required at all! So the key here is to learn about your destination's marriage requirements prior to setting a date.

Tip 2: Weather Woes!
Another tip to take into consideration is the weather! Do you have your heart set on a March wedding in Hawaii?  Hawaii’s rainy season runs from October through April. Florida, the Caribbean and Mexico endure hurricane season from June through November. Keep in mind, many areas that sit off of the water can be very windy, especially after the sun goes down!

Tip 3: The Dress! The Dress!
Super important tip here! Do not check you wedding dress on the plane! Contact your airline, find out if it's possible to place your dress in first class for safe keeping! Also, do not ship your dress. Be realistic, it can get lost! The last thing you want is for everything to arrive at your destination but the dress!
